If you have the possibility to make a job of your hobby, than you can say that you are a very lucky guy.Beside of this is making music the most nice job there is, so mix those two things and the results must be a guy who makes very beautiful music straight of his heart.

That’s what happened to me.

Robbie Pardoel 27 years old. Born in Nijmegen Holland at 12 may 1981, the first 10 years of his life he lived there together with his parents, sister and his twin brother. Because his father became an other job he went to Kaatsheuvel (a small village near Tilburg Holland). At this time he lives in Rotterdam together with his girlfriend Kathleen.

The first touch with the music was the touch of a vinyl record, Robbie Pardoel was 12 y.o. and started to make music on his own style, from his own earned money he bought a pickup, mixer and an amplifier and learned mixing music, and from that moment he knew that he would create his own music and his own style.

Robbie Pardoel always liked to differentiate hisself from other dj’s. That’s the reason that he created his own style. In any case this it was his meaning from the beginning, when he started.
Robbie Pardoel’s style began with a variation of Techno, Mellow and Popmusic, because in the time that time there were no other styles. But Robbie tried also to differentiate hisself by mixing this three styles with together. There started his love for artista just like: Technotronic/Moby/Prince/The Cure/Keane.

At this moment you still can hear the influences of the popmusic in his music.

Robbie Pardoel’s first gig was when he was 16 y.o. there was a try out in Cadance , in that time it was a disco in Tilburg. The people liked it so much that they asked him to make music there for once a month and Robbie started. Years later it started to begin real professional and he moved to Rotterdam. And there Robbie began to work in Rythm Import (the local record shop) for the weekends.
Robbie Pardoel’s dj career began to become more and more seriously and they asked him for other clubs such as: Now & Wow, Off Corso, Nighttown and also the Thalia where.

Robbie Pardoel also Organized Parties like Eclectic in The Thalia with his friend Chris van Den Broek (also known as Chris Rox) and exhausted halls where the results. Robbie Pardoel also organized smaller parties (like “Freaks” and “Electronic Circus”) for underground public.

Today Robbie Pardoel becomes more active in the world of music and he’s very busy to creating his own Recordlabel: Lo-FiSoul and also with his own productions. So that is the reason why you can find Robbie regularly in the studio. Robbie Pardoel second release on the label Manual, Agatho EP which he produced together with his studiofriend Ralph van Hilst bacame his motivation to continue his as dj.

Robbie Pardoel’s career as a professional dj started in 2001, withhis own style: warm Techno/house/progressive electronica. The different with other dj’s is his extreme way of mixing without knowing when the new record starts. You can hear that the music comes straight of his heart, with the use of natural sounds and an eccentric combination of records.

Musical influences are Pop/Soul, but also influences of artists like: Prodigy/Technotronic/Moby/Prince/The Cure/Keane, made my music till what t is now.
