The persons behind Dataminions are Slovenian artists DJ Bizzy and Boltzmann. Their sound can be best described as modern day techno with characteristic electro influences, as you will hear on both the Shadows- and Darklight tracks.

On remix duties you’ll find Alex Long who is known from multiple releases on Umek’s 1605 imprint, and Roman Gertz, who’s also releasing on 1605 alongside his recent work on labels such as Frequenza, Italo Business etc.

The nice people of Red Bull and DJBroadcast have invited us back this year to make some live radio at their studio. Last year the studio was located in the middle of the Red Light District in Amsterdam, this year they’ve moved to the Sugar Factory building (also located in Amsterdam).

Last weekend we did the first live show of 2010 and naturally we’ve recorded it and posted it online. Furrr and Hazendonk was formed by Raymond ‘Qbical’ van Baal and Paul Hazendonk just over half a year ago and they’ve rapidly made a name for their selves with some very successful releases and remixes, the latest one being “Rupert” which just got released on the infamous Diynamic label and is currently high in the Beatport sales charts!

“Rrringit” is their newest single, been played and tested by the guys their selves numerous times and we think we’ve got another winner here!

Spada made an appearance on Manual Music once before back in 2007 when his Iloveacid track got remixed by Tundra.

Talented Italian youngster Luca Donzelli drops some serious tunage here with his Dancing Flute track. Fierce funky beats and percussion in combination with tight arrangements and a very infectious gimmick like flute melody makes this one real ear candy!

He also provides a fine dub version, taking it all a bit more underground but without losing sight of the mighty drive.

Luca Doobie is known for his recent releases on fine labels such as Freerange and Off Recordings. He provided us with a funky and bouncey remix which will move any dancefloor for sure!
